Digital Image License Agreement
Bash Creative Studio

This Digital Image License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Bash Creative Studio ("Licensor") and the Client ("Licensee") as of the date of purchase or licensing of digital images. By purchasing or licensing digital images from Bash Creative Studio, the Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon payment in full, Bash Creative Studio grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the digital images provided by the Licensor.
This license permits the Licensee to use the images for personal or business purposes, as defined below, and does not include the right to sell, sublicense, or redistribute the images to any third party.

2. Permitted Uses

Personal Use: Licensee may use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing, sharing on social media, or displaying at personal events.
Commercial Use: If specified in the purchase agreement, the Licensee may use the images for business-related purposes, including marketing materials, websites, and promotional content directly associated with Licensee's business.
Editorial Use: If specified in the license, images may be used for editorial purposes, including publications, blogs, or news articles, with proper credit to Bash Creative Studio where applicable.

3. Restrictions on Use

Licensee may not alter, manipulate, or modify the images without prior written consent from the Licensor, except for cropping or resizing for fit purposes.
The images may not be used in any illegal, defamatory, or obscene context, or in a way that damages the reputation or standing of Bash Creative Studio.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or making the images available for download to others is strictly prohibited.

4. Image Credit

When images are used for editorial or commercial purposes, the Licensee must credit Bash Creative Studio as the creator of the images, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Credit should be given in the format: "Photo by Bash Creative Studio" or similar.

5. Ownership and Copyright

Bash Creative Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in the digital images, including copyright. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights to the Licensee.
Licensee is granted only a limited license to use the images as outlined in this Agreement.

6. Warranty and Liability

Bash Creative Studio warrants that it holds the necessary rights to grant this license.
Licensor shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of the images by the Licensee beyond the scope of this Agreement.

7. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the images and delete all copies.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bash Creative Studio is located.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the digital images and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By purchasing or downloading digital images from Bash Creative Studio, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This license ensures that Bash Creative Studio's rights are protected while providing clients with clear terms for usage.
